Catalog grills ship in 2–4 weeks. Custom commissions typically take 6–10 weeks from the day you approve the final drawings, depending on complexity and our current shop queue.

A patina and light surface rust are normal and expected on real steel exposed to fire and weather — it’s part of the character. Seasoning and a cover keep it healthy. Structural rust is not something you’ll see, and it’s covered by our warranty.

Every grill ships seasoned and with a care guide. In short: keep it oiled, burn it hot, brush the grates, and cover it between cooks. We also sell seasoning kits and offer tune-ups.
Absolutely — it’s one of our favorite jobs. Send photos through our Restoration service and we’ll quote reseasoning, new grates, hardware and a full refinish.
