These terms govern your use of the Rox Metal Works website and your purchase of our products and services. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to them.

Orders & quotes

A quote is an estimate based on the scope we discuss and is valid for 30 days. A commission is confirmed only when you approve the final drawings and pay the agreed deposit. Prices, lead times and availability may change until an order is confirmed.

Payment

• Custom commissions require a 50% deposit to begin fabrication, with the balance due before shipment.
• Catalog items are paid in full at checkout.
• Deposits on custom work are non-refundable once fabrication has begun, as materials are cut and committed to your build.

Custom work

Because each commission is made by hand, slight variations in dimension, finish and color are expected and are part of the character of a handmade Rox. We will match approved drawings and material samples as closely as the craft allows.

Warranty & liability

Our lifetime workmanship warranty is described on the Shipping page and is your exclusive remedy for fabrication defects. Live fire is inherently dangerous; you are responsible for safe installation, ventilation and operation of your grill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Intellectual property

All site content, product designs, drawings and the Rox Metal Works name and marks are our property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of San Diego County.
